Zakirahm is a unique female protector in Tibetan Buddhism. Despite her fierce appearance—dark face, golden eyes, and protruding tongue—she embodies profound compassion. Legend says she was a Qing dynasty consort whose vengeful spirit was transformed into a guardian through spiritual masters.

Now enshrined at Lhasa's Zhaji Temple, she's revered as a bestower of wealth and blessings. Every Wednesday, devotees queue with offerings of white liquor, barley, and silk scarves. Her reputation continues to grow as seekers of career success, fertility, and business opportunities receive her powerful support.
